At CXNT, most products are custom-made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

If a manufacturing fault or fulfilment error is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because production often begins shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted.

Digital Products and Music

Due to the nature of digital content and copyrighted media, all digital products, downloads, and music purchases are non-refundable.
